Menno James “Jim” Neubuhr, was born on November 19, 1947, in Rosthern, SK, and passed away in Prince Albert, SK, on December 31, 2024. In 1972 Jim and Donna were married and remained life partners until 1996. Jim had been living at his home farm, Rivers North Ranch, Macdowall, SK, until his recent decline in health which prompted the move to the Rose Garden Hospice on December 9, 2024.
Jim is survived by his children, Clint, Jacqui (Melvin), Clayton (Kristal), Leland, and Clifton (Melissa); his 40 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; his parented children, Miguel, Farron and numerous others. Jim is also survived by his siblings, Sam (Marie), Harold (Tracy), Ruth (Allan), Loretta, and Viki (Ken), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
He was predeceased by his parents, Herman and Agnes; sister, Grace; brother, Leonard “Dusty”; nephews, Clifford and Leon; sister-in-law Lyla; brothers-in-law, Pete, John, Gary and James; his parented child, Raymond; his grandchildren, Maritsa and baby Kole; and his great-grandchildren, baby Mathias, and baby Lafond and many other angel babies.
A Celebration of Jim’s Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Beardys and Okemasis Cree Nation Veterans Hall, Duck Lake, SK and at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, January 31, 2025, at MacDowall Hall, MacDowall, SK.
