In times of difficulty in her life she said the rosary and also Novenas. She was an avid bowler who enjoyed the fellowship of the staff and her bowling buddies at Minto Bowl. She bowled four times per week for many years and ceased bowling at 91 years of age. She loved dogs, especially “Socks and Keeva”. She enjoyed playing Kaiser and Canasta.
