Mary is survived by her loving family, her husband, Derrick Custer; her children, Bradley Ballantyne, Adrienne Custer, Tristan Charles, Lakeisha, Latosha Charles, Kayleigh Ballantyne, River Custer; her siblings, Phillip (Jessie) Charles, Margaret Klein, Ronnie Charles, Marion (Tommy) Bird, Frances Charles, Debra Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews; her in-laws, Louisa Hunt, Freida Charles, Sally Cook, Nancy Custer, Ovide & Rene Ballantyne; her grandchildren, Arjay, Jaylan, Ryan Jr., Bruce, Regena; her friends, Lorraine & Eli Hill.

She was predeceased by her parents, John (Elizabeth) Charles; her daughter, Sharon Ballantyne; her brothers, Infant boy Phillip, Infant boy Thomas Charles; her sisters, Helen Charles, Joan Michel, Judy McCallum; her mother and father-in-law, Margaret & Don Michel; her nieces, Jennifer Klein, Crystal Charles; her nephews, Roy Bird, George Sewap, Craig Sewap, Shawn Charles; her in-laws, Mervin McCallum, Joyce Charles, Robert Custer, John B. Custer; numerous cousins, aunties, uncles, extended family and friends.

The Prayer Service for Mary will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at the residence of Derrick & Mary Custer, in Pelican Narrows, SK; continued Friday, December 8, 2023, at the St. Bartholomew Anglican Church, in Pelican Narrows, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at the St. Bartholomew Anglican Church, in Pelican Narrows, SK, with Rev. Elaine Bear officiating.
