1961 – 2013
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Ann Radchuk on June 1, 2013 at the age of 51. She was born in Prince Albert, SK on August 16, 1961. Mary Ann attended David School, Meath Park High School and finally graduating at Carlton High School in Prince Albert. She started working at the PA Coop in 1982 and retired in 2008. She enjoyed gardening, listening or watching Roughrider games. She had a special love for animals; her hobbies included cooking, collecting cookbooks, playing radio bingo, loved to tease and joke around, loved Ukrainian music, listening to CJWW Old Time Dance Party with mom and playing cards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her best friend Buddy Rider playing Frisbee. She looked forward going to Dauphin every year for the Ukrainian National Festival with the friends that were made over the years there and having a lot of fun. Throughout her life she made a lot of friends no matter where she went. Mary Ann you will be sadly missed by everyone that knew you.

She is survived by her mother Mary and her brother Peter. She was predeceased by her father Steve in 1994; her grandparents; plus several uncles and aunts. Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 7, 2013 at St. Johns Ukrainian Catholic Church in Samburg, SK with Reverend Father Ivan Nahachewsky officiating. Interment will be held at Samberg Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to St. Johns Ukrainian Catholic Church, Samburg, SK. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, Lorne Adams, Funeral Director.
