It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Martin Broussie, late of Black Lake, SK on June 14^th, 2021, at the age of 79 years.  Martin Broussie was born on September 25^th, 1941, in Sylvan Lake, N.W.T.  Martin will be lovingly remembered by his children Florence (Archie), Irene (Edwin), Gilbert (Tracy), Johnny (Kathy), Terry, Iris & Doris; his 25 grandchildren; His 3 great-grandchildren his brother Mag (May) & Family; his sisters Elsie Robillard & Family; Lena (Ted) Robillard & Family; his nieces Rosie (Daniel) Toutsaint & Family; Agnes (Ronald) MacDonald; Joyce (George) Roy & Family; Irene (Micheal) Bird & Family; Rosanne (Lorraine) Robillard; his nephew Leonard (Janice) Robillard & Family; is in-laws Jimmy (Rosanna) Laban & Family, Paul (Rose) Laban & Family, Mary (David) Bigeye & Family, & Jean (Adolf) Sha Ouelle & Family; Bernice Broussie & Family; Dora Broussie & Family, as well as numerous friends from all over.  Martin was predeceased by his loving wife Rosine; his parents Willie (Margaret) Broussie; his stepmother MaryAnn Broussie; his sons Leonard and Ricky; his grandson Davis; his granddaughter Alvina Beavereye; his sister Emeline (Modest) Robillard; his brothers Jimmy Broussie, Pierre Broussie; his brother-in-law: Toby Laban; his nephews Jimmy; Joe; Raymond Robillard; his father-in-law and mother-in-law Norbert (Judith) Ettibar; Joseph Robillard, John (Veronica) Laban, as well as numerous relatives, friends, & family Fond-Du-Lac, Stony Rapids, Wollaston, & Black Lake.  A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 16^th, 2021, from 1-2:30 PM at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK.  A Wake Service will be commencing Friday, June 18^th, 2021, at the residence of Martin Broussie in Black Lake, SK.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 22^nd, 2021, at 2 PM at Our Lady of the Cape in Black Lake, SK.  His pallbearers are Gilbert Broussie, Jacy MacDonald, Johnny Broussie, Mason MacDonald, Terry Broussie, Clifford Broussie, Delbert Broussie, Kacy MacDonald, Elden Broussie, Leonard Broussie, Delvin Broussie, & Rodney Broussie.  His honourary pallbearers are John Edchode, Trevor Boneleye, William Dyzlion, Emil Dyzlion, Ronald Robillard, Jimmy Laban, Bradley Laban, Ricky Robillard, Fred Nadzil, & Tony (Irene) Sha Ouelle, as well as all those who knew and loved Martin.  The interment will take place at Black Lake Cemetery in Black Lake, SK.  Condolences can be sent to the family on our website at www.mackenziechapel.ca.
