From, Marjorie Loretta (nee Cameron) – late of Prince Albert, SK passed away on October 26, 2013 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 72 years. Marjorie took her schooling at Hyland, Mont Nebo, SK. She came to Prince Albert in 1956 and worked at the Sanitarium and the Wings Cafe. She met Bob in 1958 and they were married in 1960. She became a stay at home mom until 1968 when they started a business north of Prince Albert, Pines Groceteria. Marj was very involved in the business helping out in the store, later starting a hair dressing and coffee shop, and also doing the book keeping. She enjoyed bowling, curling and following the Prince Albert Raiders. She traveled to Halifax and Montreal when the Raiders won the Centennial and Memorial Cups. Marj loved to travel and was always ready for a new adventure. She travelled to Portugal, Spain, Canary Islands, and Hawaii and went on ocean cruises. She loved life and was always smiling, laughing and joking around. She loved to make other people laugh, and she always put others needs before herself. She was a very caring and giving person. She was very proud of her grandchildren and always looked forward to seeing them. She will be loved and missed by many. Marjorie is survived by her husband: Bob; her son: Brian and his children: Dennis, Ryan, Adam and Andrew; her daughter: Cindy and her children: Lance, Amy and Jason and great-granddaughter Keira; her siblings: Pearl, Gordon, Rhonda, and Randy; her sister-in-law: Betty; her brothers and sisters-in-law: Gwene (Earl), Sue (Art) Wirth, Dorothy Junnila, Lorne, Bob Edwards, Dawn (Marion), Noreen, Joy (Terry Graham), Harman (Carol), and Kendall as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Marjorie was predeceased by her parents: James & Mary Cameron; Bob’s parents: Lenore & Herman From; her siblings: Dennis and Ronald; and her brothers and sisters-in-law: Earl, Carol, Joyce, Ed, Ken, Art and Vivian.
