Marie Melani Toutsaint, late of Black Lake, SK, passed away on July 4, 2016 in Black Lake, SK at the age of 82 years. Marie will be lovingly remembered by: her children: Joseph (Eileen) Toutsaint, Helen (Napoleon) Robillard, Anne (David) Toutsaint- Gordan, Dora (Charlie) Moise, John (June) Toutsaint, Rose Toutsaint, William Toutsaint, Noel (Doris) Toutsaint, Bernadette (Ronald) Donard and Doreen Toutsaint; her son- in- law:  Alphonse Throassie; her grandchildren: 48 grandchildren, 93 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great- grandchildren; her sisters and siblings-in-law: Lucy Jobb/ Annie Dantouze, Elizabeth Bigeye, Genevieve Veulliot, MarieAdele (Julian) Dettanikkeaze, Andrew Shaoulle; her brothers: Louie Martin (Florence) John, Joe (Flora Jane) Bigeye, Modest (Margaret) Bigeye; her friends: Celine Kasagan, Mary Rose Cook, Ermeline Mercredi, Elsie Skull,  and all of the Elders in Black Lake; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Marie was predeceased by: her husband: Benjimen Toutsaint; her children: Pierre (Martha) Toutsaint, Therese Throassie; her grand and great-grandchildren: Johnathon Kasagan, Curtis Moise, Claydon Moise and Miles Mcdonald; her parents: Thomas Merasty and Helen Bigeye; her in-laws: Solomon & Philomon Toutsaint , Modest Gatereaux, Pierre Veulliot, Henry (Marie) Dantouze, Nickodine Dantouze, Campet Medal, Alfred(Elenore) Toutsaint, Louie (Louise) Toutsaint, Modest Toutsaint, Pierre Toutsaint, Pat Cook; her uncles and aunties: Louie (Judy) Denekanze, Sophie Denecheze; her step- parent: Celestine Bigeye; her sisters and brothers: Meline Cook, Marie Adeline Shaoulle, Mary Jane, Elise Bigeye, Isadore Dantouze, John Baptiste Dantouze, John Louie Bigeye; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Wake Service will commence Wednesday July 6, 2016 at the residence of Rose Toutsaint, Black Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held Friday, July 8, 2016 – 2:00 pm at Our Lady of the Cape Roman Catholic Church, Black Lake, SK. Interment at Black Lake Cemetery, Black Lake, SK.
