DENECHEZHE, Marie Sarazine, passed away August 14, 2011, in Wollaston Lake, SK, at the age of 71 years. Sarazine was born May 28, 1940 in Northern Manitoba.

Sarazine will be lovingly remembered by her children: Therese (Jean), Joe (Marie), Gabriel (Mary), Marquerite (Norman), Alex (Marylou), Pierre (Annie), Sylvia, Tom, Cecilia (John) and Sharon (Eric); her grandchildren: Jeanelle (Fred), Joseph (Renita), Judy, Jolene, JB, Jamie (Marylynn), Jessie, Lucy (Abraham), Joanne, Paul, Jonas, Janita, Robbie, Ida, Tommy, Ronnie, Thomas, Marissa, Alexis, Alexandra, Malerek, Alexia, Tina, Nelson, Randy, Tanya, Trena, Jordan, Randall, Shanelle, Shawn, Shanida, Symona and Symarah; her great grandchildren: Hunter, Hailey, Leah, Ron, Kaylan, Kayden, Keenan, Keeann, Faith, Logan, Lyle, Kenny, Dalton, Davana, Robert, Jonas Jr., Ronson, Doreen, Avril, Aven, Kate, Nathania, Cyril, Tanelle and Kanya; her sister: Veronique Tsannie; her brothers-in-law: Abel (Josephine) and Joseph Tessessaze; her step sister-in-law: Marie Benonie; her sisters-in-law: Monique Bess, Ila Bess and Agnes St. Pierre; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; her friends: Julienne Tsannie, Dora, Thomas ShaOulle, Marie Joseyounen, Celine Antsanen, Debbie Mercredi, Agnes Nambinarre, Pierre & Valentine Robillard; numerous friends, family and cousins in Lac Brochet and Wollaston; Tssessaze family, St. Pierre family, Dettanikkeaze family, Tsannie family, Denechezhe family, Besskkaystare family, Josie family and the Samuel family.

Sarazine was predeceased by her husband: Boniface Denechezhe; her parents: Rene St. Pierre & Margret (nee Kkaikka); her mother-in-law: Marisis Aze; her son: Jerome; her sister: Virginia Tssessaze; her granddaughter: Agnes; her brothers: Thomas (Veronique), Leon (Helen), Jimmy and Edward; her nephews: Leon Tsannie, James St. Pierre and John Besskkaystare; her brothers-in-law: Pierre Tsannie, Pierre Besskkaystare, John (Helenise) Besskkaystare and Baptiste Besskkaystare; and her sister-in-law: Marieadele (Pierre) Josie.

A Visitation was held Tuesday, August 16th, 2011 ~ 12:00 pm, at Northern Funeral Service – MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK. A Wake Service was held, commencing Tuesday, August 16th, 2011 at the Denechezhe Residence, Wollaston Lake, SK. A Funeral Mass was held Friday, August 19, 2011 ~ 2:00 pm at St. Adrian’s Roman Catholic Church in Wollaston Lake, SK with Father Bob LeBlanc officiating. Interment at Wollaston Lake Cemetery.
