Marie Alice Cook, age 89 years, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2016 in  La Ronge , SK.  Marie was born  Sunday June 27, 1926 in Brochet, MB. A Prayer Service was held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, May 19 at River Park Memorial Chapel, Prince Albert, SK., with Mrs. Margaret Ferchuk officiating. Wake Services were held on Thursday, May 19 at the home of Isidore Cook and on Friday, May 20 at Reindeer Lake School Gym.  Funeral Mass was held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 21 from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Southend, SK.  Celebrant was Bishop Murray Chatlain.  Marie is survived by her loving family: her children Florence Clarke, Audrey Radke, Joe (Rita Jobb), Isidore, Eva McKenzie (Angus McKenzie), Leonard “Jack” (Beatrice Cook), Theresa Morin (Daniel Clarke); her sisters Theresa Mitchell and Hilma Fiddler; numerous great-grandchildren; her special grandchildren Lakeisha Morin, Lexi Tingley, Hadley Roberts; her special friends Marlene Cook, Jean Thomas, Bella Dumais, Adliane Clarke, Margaret McKenzie, Mary McCallum and numerous others too many to mention. She was predeceased by: her loving husband Solomon Cook; her sister Frances; her son Henry Cook; her stepsons Obert Cook, Alex Cook, William Cook; her stepdaughters Rosalie, Virginia, Maggie J.; her grandchildren Annie in infancy, Darren Cook, Carmen Clarke, Jarron Cook, Lester Cook, Bruce Cook, Scott Cook, Cory Cook; her sons-in-law Solomon Cook Jr., Michael Clarke; her daughters-in-law Bella Cook, Linda Cook.  Interment took place in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Southend.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of River Park Memorial Chapel, Prince Albert, 306 764-2727, Donald M.
