Lyle passed away at R.U.H. in Saskatoon on July 9, 2012. He was born on March 9, 1961 in LaRonge, SK. Lyle is survived by his loving mother Norma (Bradfield) Mercredi of Prince Albert, SK; his brother Lonnie (Michelle) Mercredi of Lloydminster, AB; his nephew (Chee-Chee) Alexander Mercredi of Lloydminster and his stepfather Robert (Della) Mercredi of Saskatoon, SK. He was predeceased by his grandparents Redmond and Catherine Bradfield; his uncles George Bradfield, Johnny Bradfield, Jim Bradfield and Allen Bradfield; his aunts Annie Halkett, Mary Johnson and Maggie Bradfield; as well as numerous cousins. Lyle loved many things, music, fishing, camping, art, cooking, gardening, loved kids, loved to make people laugh, travel and had a great love for family and friends. He was a chef all his life and his work took him to Alberta, Sask., NWT and Manitoba. A Wake Service will be held at the Senator Allen Bird Memorial Centre on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 13, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Alban's Cathedral, 1410 McLean Crescent, Prince Albert, SK with the Reverend Kenneth O. Davis officiating. Interment will be held at the Molanosa Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, Lorne Adams, Funeral Director.
