Lorraine Diane Scott, 70, of Rabbit Lake, SK passed away suddenly on October 13, 2018 in Rabbit Lake, SK.

Lorraine was born to Mary and Donald Scott in Spiritwood, SK on September 14, 1948.  She was the oldest girl of the 6 Scott kids.  She also had half brothers and sisters she cherished from both sides of her Father and Mother.  She was a mother, wife, sister, aunt, grandmother and cherished friend.  She had a huge heart and she enjoyed helping where she could with family and friends.  Music was a great love of Lorraine’s and she would express that by listening to and playing instruments/singing. She enjoyed fishing with her husband Dave.   As of late she was the owner/operator (alongside her husband) of the Rabbit lake store and café where she enjoyed the company and conversation with the locals.  She was a proud member of AA for the last 23 years.  She loved her community and all the friends she made there.

Lorraine’s Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00am on Monday, October 22nd, 2018, at the Community Hall in Rabbit Lake, SK.  A private family interment will be held at a later date in the Mullingar Cemetery. Memorial donations in Lorraine’s memory may be directed to the Rabbit Lake Health Care Facility or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
