Lorraine Brule

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Lorraine Brulé, formerly of Albertville, on April 24, 2019 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. Lorraine was born to Philippe and Clemence Marcotte in Prud’Homme, SK on April 22, 1927. She became a Nurse’s Aide and worked at Cudworth Hospital and Holy Family Hospital in Prince Albert. Lorraine married Rene Brulé on April 20, 1954 and together they welcomed their five children, Clarence (Marcella) Brulé, Jacqueline (Marcel) Trudel, Janine (Gerald) Trudel, Diane (Jean) Trudel and Denise (Terry) Roosen. Memere was blessed with 15 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters-in-law: Doreen Marcotte and Elise Brulé. She was predeceased by her husband: Rene Brulé; her parents: Philippe and Clemence Marcotte; her brother: Alex Marcotte; her sister: Irene (Tony) Nadeau; her mother and father-in law: Joe and Adele Brulé; her brothers-in-law: Wilfred (Lorraine, Kae) Brulé, Andre Brulé and Romuald Brulé; her sisters-in law: Lorraine Cloutier and Kae Wolfe; and her nephew: Denis (Marlene) Nadeau. Our family would like to thank Pat Chuey and the staff at Good Shepherd Villas in Prince Albert for the many years of good times and unending devotion to her well-being. We would also like to thank Dr. Gordon Surkan and the staff at the Victoria Hospital for their excellent care. Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 29, 2019. Both services will be held at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Albertville, SK. Interment will follow in Albertville Cemetery.
