In Loving Memory of Lisa Michelle Sullivan June 2, 1977 – October 2, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lisa Michelle Sullivan, who departed this life on October 2, 2026, at the age of 49. Lisa lived a life defined by deep compassion, a wonderful sense of humor, unwavering loyalty, a quiet strength, and a profound appreciation for the simple things.
Born on June 2, 1977, Lisa dedicated her professional life to caring for others. For many years, she served with unwavering empathy as a psychiatric nurse and nursing team lead at the Regional Psychiatric Centre. Her colleagues and patients alike knew her as a steady, guiding presence, a natural leader, and a deeply compassionate caregiver who brought comfort and healing to those in their most vulnerable moments.
Outside of her career, Lisa cherished a life of simple pleasures. Above all else, her greatest joy and pride was her daughter, Kadence—she was an enthusiastic supporter, and nothing brought Lisa more happiness than cheering her on from the sidelines at her soccer games. She also found deep peace near the water—whether relaxing quietly at the lake or feeling the rhythm of the ocean—along with a love for travelling and the comforting daily companionship of her cat, Pita.
Lisa was deeply loved by her husband, Casey Sullivan, and together they shared a life full of devotion and cherished moments. Known for her quick wit, bright humor, fierce loyalty, and steady quiet strength, Lisa left a lasting mark on everyone around her. Her warmth, generosity, and love will be profoundly missed, leaving behind a legacy of healing, strength, and love.
She is predeceased by her father, Elmer Kaminesky. Lisa is survived by her loving family, including her husband, Casey; her daughter, Kadence; her mother, Gail Kaminesky; her stepsons, Shaymus Sullivan and Lyam Sullivan; as well as many extended family members, friends, and colleagues whose lives she touched so deeply.
Family will be gathering privately in the future to remember and celebrate her life, and Lisa will be laid to rest in a niche at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Saskatoon in June 2027. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Craig’s Cause Pancreatic Cancer Society in Lisa’s memory.
