Harry “Lionel” Letendre, late of Shellbrook, SK, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at Rose Garden Hospice in Prince Albert, SK, with family by his side.

Lionel will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Fern (nee Bannerman); children, Dean (Patricia), Scott (Tammy), Sherry;  sister, Joyleen Teters; In-laws, Diane Letendre, Terry Bannerman, Florence Dugan, Gordon Bannerman, Betty (John) Jinjoe, Lyle (Diane) Bannerman, Alan (Velma) Bannerman; grand children, great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at MacDowall Lions Hall, MacDowall, SK.  Interment in Lindsay Cemetery will be prior to the Memorial Service.  In lieu of other tributes, donations in Lionel’s memory may be directed to, MacDowall Lions Hall.
