It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Leslie Norman Lundy. Les was known for his light-heartedness, his love of the outdoors, his passion for music and hockey, and above all else, his willingness to help others. At his core, he was a proud father who instilled lasting memories and values in his children. He was also a proud journeyman welder. Although a tragic workplace accident took his health, it could not take away his spark. Through many challenges and dark periods, Les persevered and endured. This strength and character continued on to his final days and final moments. His admirable qualities live on in all those who knew him well. He will be missed, remembered, and loved by many. Les passed peacefully at Royal University Hospital while surrounded by loved ones on April 20th, 2025.
Les was preceded by his father, Gerald Lundy, his mother Lucile Lundy (Krasko), and the mother to his children, Jacqueline Leach. He is survived by his sister Beryl Macsymic, his sons Gerald Lundy II, Ryan Lundy, his nephew Chris Macsymic, and his niece Erin Macsymic.
