Leroy is survived by his loving family, his parents, Elias & Suzzette Sewap; his wife, Benita Sewap; his children, Lavina, Leroy Jr., Layden, Lander, Lakisha, Luke, Liam, Lexi; his siblings, Sally, Laura (Melville), Kenneth, Betty, Jackie (Clarence), Sharon, Brian (Patricia), Rosemarie, Robert (Margaret), Lisa (Williard) Highway, Joshua Sewap; his aunties, Gladys Michel, Linda (henry) Morin, Verna (Patrick) Linklater, Martha Linklater, Maryann Custer, Margaret Highway, Rose Dorion; his uncles, Ernest (Mary) Custer, Harry Custer, Thomas (Joanne) Custer, Arnold (Nancy) Dorion; his in-laws, Tony Custer, George, Jason Michel, Lillian, Judy, Laverne, Margaret; his numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was predeceased by his grandson, Kaison Eli Sewap-Randhile; his grandparents, Alphonse & Marie Dorion, Benjamin & Alice Sewap, Peter Custer; his aunties, Clara (Napoleon) Michel, Harriet (George) Michel; his uncles, Gabriel (Cecilia) Dorion, Maurice (Cecil) Dorion, John B. Dorion, Harvey Ballantyne.

The Prayer Service for Leroy will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK. The Wake Services will be held the evening of Saturday, October 8, 2022, at the residence of Elias & Suzzette, in Pelican Narrows, SK; continued Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the Pelican Narrows Band Hall. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, October 10, 2022, at St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, in Pelican Narrows, SK, with Fr. Heinner Paucar, OMI officiating.
