It is with heavy hearts Lee’s family announce his sudden passing on March 15, 2018 at the age of 38.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Lee on Thursday, March 22nd, 2018 at 11:00am  at the Community Hall in Leoville, SK.

Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to Jennifer Hoffman & Kids at Innovation Credit Union, Leoville, SK in memory of Lee Hoffman as tokens of remembrance.
