LAWRENCE “BUD” JAMES SANDERSON

Lawrence “Bud” James Sanderson of Prince Albert, SK, age 62 years, beloved companion of Irene E. Bird passed away on Monday, September 29, 2014.  Wake services were held Thursday, October 2 and Friday, October 3 from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 1321 – 15 Street West, Prince Albert.  Funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 4 from St. Stephens Anglican Church, James Smith Reserve.  Reverend Wilfred Sanderson was the officiant.  Lawrence is survived by his loving family:  his brother Ernie Sanderson; his sisters Julia Sanderson, Ellen Sanderson, Liyla Sanderson; his son Jason “Bud”Sanderson; his grandchildren (Jason’s children) Draven, Raelyn, Jaden, Jayanna, Ayriyan, Kalin; his common-law companion Irene E. Bird; his daughter Raven Charles; his special granddaughter Raine Charles; his best friend Delbert Henry; his other grandchildren Justice Bird, Sage Thorburn, Shannon Bird, Sarah Constant; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was predeceased by:  his mother Jane Sanderson and his grandmother Nancy Sanderson.  Lawrence was born on March 11, 1952 in Kinistino, SK.  Interment took place in the James Smith Reserve Cemetery.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of RIVER PARK MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Prince Albert, 306-764-2727, Donald M.
