The family of Larry William Hartnett born January 28, 1951 is saddened to announce his passing on June 15, 2026 at the age of 75 in Saskatoon.

Larry is lovingly remembered by his daughters Crystal (Kelly), Michelle (Darcy), and Amber (Brett); his grandchildren Casai, Acacia, Rowan, Asher, and Harlow; his sister Donna (Rick) Walker; as well as extended family and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents Jim and Mary Hartnett; and his brothers Robert Hartnett and Patrick Hartnett.

Larry was born in Big River where he was raised on the family farm. After graduating he worked in Quesnel, BC and then moved to Thompson, Manitoba. He married Carol Olson and they moved to Saskatoon where they raised their family. Larry worked for several construction companies, including QSI, until his retirement. He achieved his Journeyperson in the Drywall and Accoustical Mechanic Trade, a job he always enjoyed doing. He was a hardworking man who took pride in his work. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren, visiting with family and friends, playing pool, golfing and fishing.

Thank you to all who took such good care of our dear father at Stensrud Lodge where he resided his last year.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Thank you for your love and support during this time.
