Larry Wilbert Sanderson passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on May 23, 2019 at age 65. He was born on November 1, 1953 to Willard and Louia (nee: Badger) Sanderson. 

The wake service for Larry began at 4:00PM on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Mistawasis Family Centre. The funeral service will commence at 2:00PM on Monday, May 27, 2019 at the same location with Sam Badger officiating. Interment will follow in the Mistawasis Presbyterian Cemetery. 

Larry is lovingly remembered by: his children, Lyndon , Jordan Kequahtooway, Melissa Pratt and Tyler Pratt; his step-children, Colin Kequahtooway,Miranda Pratt, and Karla Pratt; his siblings, Noreen (Roy) Sanderson, Lauretta (Leonard) Arcand, William Sanderson, Charleen (James) Folstad, Dennis Badger, Leon Badger, Rubin Sanderson, Kevin (Audrey) Sanderson and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives as well as special friends, Mervin Ninny and Delphine.

He is predeceased by: his wife, Loretta; his parents, Willard and Louia Sanderson; his maternal grandparents, William and Mary Badger; his paternal grandparents, Donald and Caroline Sanderson; his siblings, Lucille (Richard) Daniels, Floyd Badger, Darrel Sanderson, Eleanor Prosper, Kenneth Sanderson, Delilah Sanderson, Delbert Sanderson and other relatives.

Pallbearers are: Dennis Badger, Kelly Badger, Laird Badger, Floyd Pechawis, Gregory Pechawis and Delwin Jimmy. Honourary pallbearers are all who knew and loved Larry.
