The family of Kristine “Kris” Smith (nee Friesen) sadly announce her passing on April 19, 2025, in Saskatoon, at the age of 61 years.  Kris will be lovingly remembered by her children, Charity (Michael) Banman, Karalee (David) Yanke, Sierra Smith and Summer Smith; her 5 grandchildren; her father, Abe Friesen; her siblings, Kevin (Michelle) Friesen, Keith (Cindy) Friesen, Kim (Ryan) Wilkinson, and Karen Steedsman; her brother-in-law, John Arendt; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.  She was predeceased by her son, Dominic Smith; her mother, Helen Friesen; and her sister, Kathy Arendt.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 25, 2025, at the Prince Albert Alliance Church, 2777 6^th Avenue West, Prince Albert, SK.  A private interment will follow.  In lieu of other tributes, donations in memory of Kris may be made to Torch Trail Bible Camp, Box 84, Choiceland, SK, S0J 0M0, torchtrailbiblecamp@gmail.com.
