Keenan is survived by his loving family, his children, Flora Custer, Danton Ballantyne, Jasmine Ballantyne, Brody Ballantyne, Christopher Ballantyne; his grandchildren, Danielle Custer, Nate Nayneecassum; his siblings, Thomas Ballantyne, Brian Ballantyne, Darrell Ballantyne, Curtis Sewap, Reno Ballantyne, Jay Ahenakew, James Ballantyne, Dusty Ballantyne, Patricia Ballantyne, Nicole Ballantyne, Stephanie Ballantyne, Carrie Ballantyne; numerous aunties, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Cornelius Ballantyne, Flora Ballantyne; his grandparents, Sophie Sewap, Jonah Sewap.

The Prayer Service for Keenan will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, and Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the St. Peter Anglican Church, in Deschambault Lake, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the St. Peter Anglican Church, in Deschambault Lake, SK, with Rev. Richard Custer and Rev. Elaine Bear officiating.
