Kay Prebushewski (nee Kalika) October 21, 1933 – November 12, 2010 It is with heartfelt sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great grandmother Kay Prebushewski on November 12, 2010 at the age of 77 years. Kay was born in Cudworth, SK on October 21, 1933. On December 2, 1954 Kay married Michael Prebushewski and together they had 5 children Ted Prebushewski (Ontario), Adeline Prebushewski (Vancouver), Lorraine Prebushewski (Prince Albert), Delphine Cook (Prince Albert) and Rose Richardson (Vancouver). Kay's greatest loves were her family and friends. Kay took great pride in 8 grandchildren (Michael, Robert, Jeremy, Jacqueline, Clay, James, DJ and Victor) and her 7 great grandchildren (Dalton, Kyra, Noah, Dilynn, Emma, Nathan and Reese). Kay also found great joy in gardening, knitting, and making perogies and cabbage rolls for her friends and family. Kay was surrounded by her loved ones when she passed. Her favourite passing words were “May The Good Lord Bless You”. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2010 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Mrs. Margaret Ferchuk officiating.
