Katelyn Jessica Sewap was born on January 18, 1990, in Flin Flon, MB, and passed away on February 27, 2025, in Prince Albert, at the age of 35 years.

Katelyn is survived by her loving family, her children, Hunter Sewap, Emerald Sewap; her companion, Lester Ballantyne; her parents, Jean Sewap, Gilbert (Claudia) Sewap; her siblings, Peter Beatty, Lynda Beatty, Diana Ballantyne, Heather Beatty, Shane Beatty, Mathias Sewap, Jolene Sewap, Aaron Sewap, Megan Sewap; her best friends, Philip & Virgina McKenzie, Lorna Ballantyne; her special godson, Baby Clayton; her numerous aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; her Stanley Mission Family.

She was predeceased by her grandparents, Philip & Laura Sewap, Edward & Martha Beatty; her nephew, Wyatt Starblanket; her aunties and uncles.

The Prayer Service for Katelyn will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at the High School, in Deschambault Lake, SK, and continued Sunday, March 2, 2025, at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, in Stanley Mission, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, in Stanley Mission, SK, with Rev. Richard Custer and Rev. Leona McKenzie officiating.
