Justin is survived by his loving family, his son, Jordan Clarke; his mother, Tracy McCallum; his father, Thomas Cook; his grandmother, Florence Clarke Sr.; his special kokom, Josephine Charles; his brothers, Keaton, Kelby, Keith, Warren, Kaeton; his sisters, Persayish, Brittany, Tiarra; his aunts, Valerie (John Leo Jr.), Martha Cook, Clara (Dennis), Shauna (Peter), Renee, Jenilee (Sheldon), Janine; his uncles, Mervin (Jenna), Geoffrey (Erma); numerous cousins – special mentions, Gary C., Brent, Ira C., Kelly C., Carrie J., Clarissa J., Brayven, DJ, Jace J., Charmaine C., Alanna, Leanne, Ashton, Brenae, Kolden, Pracey, and all who knew and loved Justin.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Micheal Clarke, Mervin & Judy McCallum; his uncles, Carmen, Darren, Wendal, Jeremy; his special friends, Boden, Esther; his special cousin, Mandy; his aunts, Ann, Vanessa; his nephew, J’Kolbey.

The Prayer Service for Justin will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, Pastor Vern Temple officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the residence of Tracy McCallum, in Southend, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, July 31, 2026, at the Blue Church, in Southend, SK, with Elder Tommy Bird officiating. Interment to follow at Southend Cemetery.
