June Cecilie Gareau was born on June 1, 1955, in Flin Flon, MB, and passed away on November 9, 2024, in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 69.

June is survived by her loving family, her husband, Omer Gareau – Married for 40 years together for 45; her children, Pauline McCallum, “Chocolate” April Canard, David, Wyatt, Ashley (Ashton) – Silas, Jaxon, Evette, Delilah, Kayne, “my handsome little mohwak”, Dean Gareau (Esther), Noah, Anna, Tobiah, Zara, Sandra Clarke (her baby) and children, Leah Gareau (Sean), kuna; her sisters, Margaret Charette (Randy), Pauline Morin (Harry), Suzy McCallum, Harlee Willetts; her brothers, Jerry McCallum, Ernest McCallum (Berlyin), Peter McCallum (Melissa), Ivan McCallum ( Tammy); her numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles & cousins; her special friends, Bernice Kirk, Flora Ciotka, Joyce Pruden, Tina and John Wilkinson, Margaret Messer, Lillian Morin, Vivian Nipshank, Rosella Carney, Dora Durocher & Dumais Family.

She was predeceased by her parents, Antoine McCallum and Mary McCallum; her brothers, William McCallum, Bruce McCallum, George McCallum, Georgie (baby infant); her granddaughter, Sarina McCallum; several beloved nephews, nieces and cousins; her brother-in-law, Louis Gareau; her in-laws, Alexina and Ovidila Gareau.

The Prayer Service for June will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Marcel Carriere officiating. The Wake Services will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2024; continued Thursday, November 14, 2024, at the Garry Morin Memorial Multipurpose Building, in Sandy Bay, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the Multipurpose Building, in Sandy Bay, SK, with Cathy Underwood officiating.
