It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Julienne Tsannie, late of Fond Du Lac, SK on March 5th, 2022, in Saskatoon, SK at the age of 83 years. Julienne will be lovingly remembered by her children Flora (Harry) Hansen and children Michael, Glenda (Billy Jack), Scott, and Jolene, 16 great grandchildren, & 11 great-great-grandchildren; Rosalie (Robert) Burseth and children Bernadette, Greg, and Aleya, 11 great-grandchildren, & 4 great-great-grandchildren; George (Marlene) Tsannie and children Gerald and Geraldine, & 8 great-grandchildren; Therese (Edward) Benoanie and children Wagner, Jackie, Edward John, and Julia & 2 great-grandchildren; Anne Robillard and children Ronelda, Rochelle, and Raquel & 5 great-grandchildren; Janet (Jason) Merasty and children Jade and Jada; Marie Tsannie and children Kendra, Tyrell, & Kaylan & 5 great-grandchildren; Angel (Brian) Joseyounen and children Randon, Ashley, Austin, and Brianna & 4 great-grandchildren; Gabriel Tsannie and children Gabrielle, Christy Ann, Darson, Chrishelle, Abriel, & Emmette & 6 great-grandchildren; Sharon (Earl) Hart and children Shantell, Ethan, Alyssia, and Evan & 4 great-grandchildren; Hans Tsannie and children Faron, Fion, Fiona & Shasha and 1 great-grandchild; & Claire Ernewein-Schouten and children Michaela, Chelsa, and Bryson and 2 great-grandchildren; her step-nephew Gabriel Benonie; and The St.Pierre Family; As well as many other friends…to many to name; Julienne will be missed by his many friends from Fond du Lac, Black Lake, Lac Brochet, Brochet, Dillon, LaLoche, Prince Albert, Australia, ADCFS, PAGC, and many other communitie. Julienne was predeceased by her loving husband Angus Tsannie; her children Modeste, Anne, & Joseph Tsannie; her grandchildren Julie, Jacqueline and twin sister Jessica, Gerry, and Ryan; her great-grandchild Gerard Hansen-Mercredi; her parents John Baptiste-St. Pierre, & Anne Cheba; her brothers Gabriel, Modeste, & Pierre St. Pierre; her sister Marie Joseyounen; her parents-in-law Gabriel and Angelique (nee Dzenlioun) Tsannie; her brother-in-law Joseph Tsannie; her sisters-in-law Marie, Madeline Hugarth, and Louise Moise. A Wake Service will be held on Tuesday, March 8^th, 2022, till Wednesday, March 9^th, 2022, at Senator Angus Tsannie Memorial Hall in Wollaston Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, March 10^th, 2022, at 2 PM at St. Adrian Parish in Wollaston Lake, SK. The Officiant will be Father Joji. The Pallbearers will be George, Harry, Robert, Edward, Jason, Brian, Earl, Gabriel, & Hans. The Interment will take place at Hatchet Lake Cemetery in Wollaston Lake, SK.
