Julia Thelma Bear

September 12, 1936 – February 5, 2017

Julia Bear, late of Muskoday, SK, passed away on February 5, 2017 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 80 years. Julia will be lovingly remembered by her children: Estelle Bear, Brenda Burns (Kevin), Henry Bear (Beryl), David Smith (Jerrina), Darwin Knife, Debbie Netmaker, and Marlene Smith (James); her siblings: Hazel Lariviere (Lionel), Florence Crain, Linda Caron, Beatrice Sorenson (Bjarne), and Elmer Bear; her grandchildren: Samantha Othman, Adam Bear, Melissa Burns, Ray Bovill , Julianne Burns, Henry Burns, Megan Daniels, Laura Daniels, Katrina Netmaker, Tamara Netmaker, Raven Dallman, Avery Smith, Luke Smith, Darius Bear, Lorenzo Bear, and Tanis Crain; her great grandchildren: Dalton Ray Bear, Christopher Netmaker, Natalie Bear, and Alyssa Smith; and her god child: Helen Crain. Julia was predeceased by her husband: Edwin Lloyd Bear; her sons: Earl Dwight Bear and Raymond Floyd Bear; her parents: Edna and Alex Crain; her in-laws: Leonard and Princess Maud Bear; and her brothers: James Crain and Arthur Crain.   A Wake Service will be held Tuesday to Wednesday, February 7 & 8, 2017 – 7:00PM at Muskoday Band Hall, Muskoday, SK.  A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2017 – 2:00PM at Muskoday Band Hall, Muskoday, SK.  Arrangements in care of MacKenzie Chapel & Crematorium.  Briand and Bev Stobbs, Tracy-Lynn Switzer, Funeral Directors.  306.763.8488  www.MacKenzieChapel.ca
