Joyce Anna-Belle Sewap was born on May 12, 1971, in Flin Flon, MB, and passed away on September 17, 2025, in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 54 years.

Joyce is survived by her loving family, her children, Jana-Lee (Roland), Tamara (Kevin Sr.), Christa (Angie), Kieran & Baby Boy Tommy; her special grandchildren, Shayne Sewap, Kayde Sewap; her grandchildren, Patience, Winter, Kayler, Kayara, Kayvin, Kevin Jr., Tayden, Tayson, Taylynn, Tayrence; her loving mom, Mildred Ratt; her siblings, Mabel (Arthur), Bella, Horace Jr. (Darcy), Joe, Florence (Ken), Elizabeth (Arnold); her aunt, Mary Sewap; her uncles, Larry (Marjorie) Ratt, Melvin (Wapos) Sewap; her adopted siblings, Hank (Margaret) Ballantyne, Karen Jane McCallum; her best friend, Olivia Dayle; numerous nieces, nephews, the Rest of the Ratt Pack, and numerous relatives.

She was predeceased by her dad, Horace Ratt Sr.; her son, Harley Sewap; her sister, Mary Ratt; her nieces, Marion Ratt and Bella Custer; her nephews, Horace “The Guy” Custer, Kona Custer; her grandparents, Bella & Albert Ratt, Eliza & Horace Sewap; her friends, Lorraine Michel-Custer, Crystal Merasty, Carla Sinclair, Dwayne Dorion, and those who she knew and have gone before her; her aunts, Margaret Sewap, Theresa Morin, Angelique & Elizabeth Ratt, Annie Ballantyne, Nora Sewap, Sally Ballantyne; her uncles, Philip, Ovid, Roderick Ratt, David Ballantyne; her favourite family companion, Follow Ratt.

The Prayer Service for Joyce will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, September 19, 2025, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Margaret Ferchuk officiating. The Wake Service will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025, at the residence of Mildred Ratt, in Pelican Narrows, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at St. Bartholomew Anglican Church, in Pelican Narrows, SK, with Valerie Morin officiating.
