Joyce Charles was born on Thursday, April 24, 1958, in Prince Albert, SK, and passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021, in Saskatoon, SK, at the age of 62 years.

Joyce is survived by her loving family, her husband, Ronnie Charles; her daughters, Crystal Pearl, Candace Charles (Tyson), Charmaine Bird; her sons, Jason Charles (Anita C.), Justin Charles (Ashley C.), Jonathan Charles, Jeffrey Charles, Robin Charles; her adopted children, Chris Charles, Timothy Michel, Kelly Charles, Shawn Charles, Richard Ballantyne; her numerous grandchildren, chapans, adopted children, nieces and nephews; her siblings, Emil Highway (Marlene), Francis Highway, Josephine Dorion; her in-laws, Phillip Charles (Jesse), Margaret Klien, Mary Custer (Dereck), Marion Bird (Tommy), Judy McCallum, Francis Charles, Freda Charles; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Maggie Highway, Harry Custer, Catherine Highway; her friends, Liza Thomas, Eva Ballantyne, Gloria Desjarlias, Linda & Allan Linklater, Allison & Thomas Linklater, Catherine Linklater (Pally), Lenita Custer, Robin Nadine Custer, Norvil & Karen Morin, Charlene Ballantyne, Elizabeth & Philip Bighetty.
