It is with profound sadness that the family of Joseph Wayne Bird announces his passing on January 30, 2022, at the age of 24. He was born March 20, 1997, in Prince Albert to Wayne and Sherry Bird of Mistawasis First Nation. The wake will commence on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 4:00 PM. The Funeral will take place on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Both services will be held at Chief Mistawasis School Gymnasium, Leask, SK. Interment will follow in the Our Lady of the Poor Roman Catholic Cemetery, Mistawasis First Nation, SK.
