1948 – 2016

It is with great sadness that we mourn the passing of Joseph James Longneck on October 21, 2016 at the age of 68. Joseph was born on March 27, 1948 to Felix and Rosa Longneck. The wake for Joseph will commence on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 6:00 pm. The funeral service for Joseph will begin at 2:00 pm on Monday October 24, 2016, with both services taking place in the Muskeg Lake Cree Nation School Gym.

Joseph is lovingly survived by his siblings Oliver Longneck, Gabe (Darlene) Longneck, Virginia Longneck, Josephine  (Lloyd Arcand) Longneck, Marilyn(Eugene Keryliw ) Longneck, Barry(Thona)Longneck,  Joey(Yvonne Saddleback) Longneck, Brenda (Robert) O’Neill, Donna (Dan) Cox , Joanne (Paul) Longneck as well as his children,  Mavis Wolfe, Jacob Longneck, Cathy (Todd) Longneck, Danielle(Bob) Longneck, James Jr. Longneck and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives and many friends 

Joseph is predeceased by his parents, Felix & Rosa Longneck. His sisters, Georgina Wolfe, Helen Cox, Dorothy Longneck, Debra Longneck; his brothers, Lloyd Longneck, Emile Longneck; his children Brian Longneck , Vanessa Longneck , Carey Longneck , Christopher Longneck , Amand Longneck.
