Joseph Joachim Janvier “Wapush” was born on Monday, August 23, 1948, in Ile a la Cross, SK, and passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020, in La Ronge, SK, at the age of 71 years. Joseph is survived by his loving family, his loving companion, Elizabeth Charles; his children, Jocelyn, Jewel (Les), Karen, Reggie, Samantha, Richard (May), Tracey (Lloyd); his grandchildren, Hayden, Jordis, Leni, Liam, Stacey, Isaiah, Raziel, Ethan, Aaron; his loving mother, Cecile; his brothers, Rene, Leon (Penny), Lawrence (Rita), Louis (Diane); his sisters, Dolores (Henry), Denise (Garry), Roma (Ejaz), Roberta (Lloyd); his aunts, Monique Bouvier (Nap), Celine Morin, Rose McIntyre; his uncle, Prosper Bekattla; his sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. He was predeceased by his loving father, George; his sister, Jane Louise; his brothers, Joseph, Rene, Etienne, Albert; his grandparents, Isaac & Annie Black; Norbert & Madeline McIntyre; numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
