It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce John Eschyschyn’s passing.  John passed away on Friday July 17, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.  He leaves to mourn him, his loving wife Carol; his four loving children Sean (Christina Phaneuf) of Winnipeg, Todd (Jolene) of Kamploops and their children Spencer & Carter, Darcie (Gary Court) of Candle Lake, Cynthia (Brent Fagnou) of Saskatoon and their children Cody & Cassidy; his sister Anne Wilchowy; his sisters-in-law Marie Eschyshyn, Jennie Tomashewski and Helen Zelensky; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his mother Katie; father Paul and brother Eddie.  John was a loving caring person who touched the lives of many.  He always had a smile on his face.  During the last few years of his life he loved to travel, visit family, play cards with friends and share a laugh or two.  Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at St. Georges Ukrainian Catholic Church, 770 – 14th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Celebrant Reverend Father Ivan Nahachewsky.  Interment will be held at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.  Memorial donations may be made in memory of John Eschyschyn to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 279 – 3rd Avenue N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2H8.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729).
