It is with great sadness, the family of John Chubak announce his passing on December 7, 2020. John Chubak was born on the family farm in the Yellow Creek  area on March 20, 1932. Through his life he farmed for a little while and then moved on to Prince Albert where he worked in the construction industry building houses and doing renovations. He later got a job with the city of Prince Albert doing concrete work until his retirement. He moved into the Herb Bassett Home in the fall of 2016 in Prince Albert. Unfortunately, his health started to fail at that time and his dementia was taking over where he could no longer be on his own. He passed away peacefully on the morning of December 7, 2020. Because of Covid Restrictions a small service will be held on Friday Dec. 11, 2020 at 2:00pm at South Hill Cemetery in Prince Albert, SK. Arrangements are entrusted to Mackenzie Funeral Chapel Prince Albert, SK  Brian Stobbs, Renee Phaneuf Funeral Directors.
