March 27, 1964 – February 3, 2017

John Brown was predeceased by his parents, Carol and John H. Brown and his brother Lyle Brown.  He is survived by brothers Lyndon Brown and Shawn Nygaard; sister Sharlene Mackay; Carina Morin and daughters Jolene Brown, Rachel Morin and Shelley Morin; grandchildren Julian, Junior, Sasha, Shane, and Sarah; nephews James Mackay and Marvin Mackay; and many beloved uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.  John, a lifelong outdoorsman, enjoyed pursuits including hunting and fishing, cards and other board games and making others laugh.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family and his dog Major.  A kind, generous man who had room in his heart for everyone, John will be remembered with love by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.  Memorial Service is to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Dennis Serfas officiating.  Interment will be at a later date.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729).
