It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jennifer April Sayazie, late of Black Lake, SK on June 30^th, 2023, at the age of 29 years. Jennifer was born in Prince Albert, SK on April 23^rd, 1994, to George Sayazie and Pauline Sayazie. Jennifer will be lovingly remembered by her son Jeremiah; her mom Pauline Sayazie; her sisters: Corrie, May, Kristen, Sheena, Samantha, & Jenny (Raymond); her brothers Junior, Dennis, Jonas; her nieces & nephews Sheldon Dadzene, Rayden, Dadzene, Jayden Dadzene, Andrew Sayazie, Andy Sayazie, Jake Sayazie, Kristy Toutsaint, Catherine Toutsaint, Mia Toutsaint, & Abigail Sayazie; her godmother Pamela Robillard; her friends Dottie Robillard, Denise Robillard, Kayla Sha’Oulle, & Paula Wieder; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family. Jennifer was predeceased by her father George Sayazie; her brother Sheldon Sayazie; her aunts Cecile Dadzene, & Celine Sayazie; her uncles Raymond Dadzene, & Daniel Robillard; her cousins Bruce Robillard, Shelia Robillard, Floyd Cook, & Doreen Sha’Oulle; her grandparents Martin Sayazie, Anne Sayazie, Catherine Dadzene, & Martin Dadzene; & her friends Arlene Robillard, & Archie Robillard. A Visitation service will be held on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023, at 2 PM at MacKenzie Chapel in Prince Albert, SK. A Wake Service will be commencing Thursday, July 6^th, 2023, at the residence of Pauline Sayazie in Black Lake, SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 8^th, 2023, at 2 PM at Our Lady of the Cape in Black Lake, SK. The Officiant will be Father Joji. The Honourary Pallbearers are Denise Robillard, Dottie Robillard, Kayla Sha’Oulle, Dennis Sayazie, Sheena Sayazie, May Sayazie, and all those who shared in Jennifer’s life. The Pallbearers are Andy Sayazie, Andrew Sayazie, Raymond Donard, Joey Stalthanee, Archie Toutsaint, & Matthew Sayazie.  The Interment will take place at the Black Lake Cemetery in Black Lake, SK.
