Jean Marie Caron (née Jebson) died peacefully in Victoria Hospital on April 16th in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan at the age of 63. Jean is survived by her husband Edward, and her son Michael of Prince Albert and Saskatoon. She was preceded in death by her mother Alieda in 1970; a brother Robert in 1972 and her father Maurice in 1991. Jean was born on September 3, 1951 in Prince Albert, SK to Alieda and Maurice Jebson. She married Edward Caron in 1971. She was a lifelong resident of Prince Albert. She lived by the North Saskatchewan her whole life and the river was a great comfort to her. Jean was a bookkeeper for many local businesses over the years. Jean was an avid reader and loved word puzzles. She was an accomplished in crochet and calligraphy. One of her great joys was the yearly trip to Rincon de Guayabitos, Mexico with her husband. She was very proud of her Delft Blue ware collection and was a passionate collector. She was a one of a kind woman who touched the life of everyone who met her. We will all miss her wit and laughter. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Dr. Norbert Haukenfrers officiating Interment will be held at South Hill Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to Canadian Mental Health Association, 1322 Central Avenue, Prince Albert, SK S6V 4W3 or to a Charity of Donor’s Choice.
