Jason Leonard Bird was born on Tuesday, November 6, 1973 in Prince Albert, SK and passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in Prince Albert, SK at the age of 43 years. Left to cherish Jason’s memory are his common-law, Maxine Semook, his mother, Evelyn (Rob) Bird, his children, Jaylynn, Jason, Justice and Justin, his grandson, Omer Bird, his step-daughters, Kaylyn and Jacelynn Slipper, his sister, Holly (Brett) Lafond, his brothers, Merle (Joanie) Bird, Justin (Jazmine) Bird and George (Chelsea)  Bird, his god-parents, Eva Bird and Tomas Iradi, his aunties, Eva (Noah) Bird, Verna Bear and Violet (Henry) St. Denis, and his uncles, Raine Bird, Mervin (Kathy) Bosdi, Napoleon (Donna) Morin and Philip Morin Jr., as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Peter Morin, his sisters, Jackie Charles and Deanne Bird, his grandparents, Edward and Emma Charles, Philip Morin Sr. and Nancy Bosdi, as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Wake services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at the Family Center in Mistawasis, SK. Jason’s funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at the Presbyterian Church in Mistawasis, SK. Interment to follow at Mistawasis Cemetery.
