Jade was born June 18, 1982 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and passed away March 29, 2018 in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00pm on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at St. Michael Parish, – 1505 13 St W, Prince Albert, SK. With Father DJ Vu officiating.  Interment will be at a later date.
