Isiah Alvin Dallas McKenzie was born on Friday, June 17, 1994, in La Ronge, SK, and passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016, in Stanley Mission, SK, at the age of 21 years. He is survived by his loving family, his parents, Kathleen and Isiah McKenzie, his companion, Beatrice Ballantyne, his daughter, Mayah McKenzie, his step-sons, Josh and Jamed Ballantyne, his step-daughter, Donna Roberts, his sisters, Leah (Waylon) Ballantyne, Deborah (Samuel) McKenzie and Mariah McKenzie, his brothers, Roy McKenzie, Michael McKenzie and Sandy (Paula) McKenzie, his grandmother, Mary Ann McKenzie, his uncles, John P. (Maggie) McKenzie, Nathan (Hilda) McKenzie, Philip J. Charles, Tommy B. (Nancy) McKenzie, Roger (Lorna) McKenzie, Daniel Halkett, Terry Ratt, Joseph McKenzie and James McKenzie Jr., his aunts, Theresa (Alvin) McKenzie, Sylvia (Jerry) Charles, Noreen Custer, Melinda Custer, Tina McKenzie, Frances (Trevor) McKenzie and Nancy (Bob) McKenzie, his nephew, Whistler McKenzie, his nieces, Arial and Norah Ballantyne, his mother-in-law, Amy Ballantyne, his brothers-in-law, Mark, Ben and Jack Ballantyne, and his sisters-in-law, Rose Ballantyne and Flora (Graham) Charles. He was predeceased by his grandparents, George and Angelique (nee Charles) McKenzie and James McKenzie Sr., his great-grandparents, Philip and Rebecca McKenzie, Philip John and Helen Charles, Mary Martha and John Custer and Eliza and George Custer, his aunts, Sarah Charles and Eliza Jean McKenzie, his uncles, Ralph, Philip, Andrew and John Kenneth McKenzie, his sister, Norah McKenzie, his cousins, Barbara, Lori, Bob and April, his father-in-law, Edward Ballantyne, and his brother-in-law, James Ballantyne. Isiah’s wake service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Stanley Mission, SK. His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2016, at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Stanley Mission, SK, Reverend Richard Custer, Reverend Elias Ballantyne and Bishop Adam Halkett officiating. Interment to follow at Stanley Mission Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to River Park Memorial Chapel in Prince Albert, SK, Don Moriarty, funeral director, and Lac La Ronge Funeral Home in La Ronge, SK, Debra Klassen, funeral director.
