JENNY, IRENE
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, mother-in-law, grandma and great-grandma Irene Jenny. Irene was born in 1918 in Paynton area, to Fred and Pearl Land. She was the third of six children. Irene loved life, volunteering and spending time visiting with those who were feeling poorly or lonely. Irene was known for her quick-witted sense of humor and pleasant nature. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Left to mourn her death are her son Ken (Kathleen) and his children Chris (Meaghan), Curt (Kelly), Evan and Meghan (Ryan); her daughter-in-law Jane and her children Derek (Reann), Shane (Jennifer); and her great-grandchildren Reese and Ryder. She was predeceased by her parents Fred and Pearl Land; her son Keith on June 8, 2011; her brothers Jim, Ben, and George; her sisters Eva and Alice; and son Keith Jenny. At Irene's request there will only be a private family internment.
