It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Jim, who passed away on March 20th, 2014 at the age of 74 years at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK. Jim was born in Weirdale, SK to Clifton and Mildred Lindsay on October 18, 1939. He attended school and enjoyed a life time of farming in the Weirdale district. He took great pride in growing crops of grain, vegetables and flowers. Jim was known to have some of the best preserves, especially his pickles! One of the greatest joys in Jim’s life was his nieces and nephews, he was a real jokester, always teasing- he was never happier than when he made a child smile. He was predeceased by his parents Clifton & Mildred (nee Spencer); sisters Marlene Montgomery, and Helen Newman; brothers Wayne and Dale. At Jim’s request a Private Family Service will be held.
