SWAN, HADLEY and HOPE

Our precious little angels, Hadley Savannah & Hope Serenity, passed away peacefully in the arms of their loving parents, Sarah & Harland Swan, on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. Hadley was born at 11:31 a.m., weighing 2.3 lbs, and Hope was born at 11:32 a.m., weighing 1.41 lbs, on Monday, February 29, 2016, at the Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, SK.  Wake Services were held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 4 at River Park Memorial Chapel, Prince Albert, SK, and continued at Kokum Antonia Sewap’s Home, Pelican Narrows, SK on Friday, March 4.  Funeral Service was held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 5 from St. Gertrude Roman Catholic Church, Pelican Narrows, with Officiant, Reverend Elias Ballantyne.  Hadley and Hope are survived by their loving family: their parents Sarah & Harland; their siblings Seth, Trinity, Trayton, Malcolm Sewap, Har-lynn, Haydee, Harper Swan, Christian Bear-Swan; their grandparents Antonia Sewap, James & Teresa Swan; their aunties and uncles Tracy, Christina, Crystal, Sharaine, Nicole (Brendan) Sewap-Michel, Russell, Tyler & Colleen Custer, Evan, Ryan Sewap, Louise Michel, Brittany, Jenika Swan, Cody (Leah) Swan, Garth, Matthew, River Swan; their cousins Tyrese, Blair Jr., Treynce, Krislynn, Kiera, Tayvin, Case, Rhianna, Jerome, Jewel, Aria, Amelio, Austin, Ashton, Ashla, Haydon, Harlow, Cody Jr., Layla, Lilly, Hillary, Jacob, Stephen, Laveah, Tory, Rory, Avory, Emory and Rylynn Jobb; their chapans Napoleon Michel and Isabelle Swan.  Hadley and Hope join their family in Heaven: their sister Savannah Denise Sewap; their grandfather Malcolm Sewap; Baby Swan; their cousin Henrik Linklater; their great-grandmothers Henriette Linklater-Highway, Clara Michel, Viola Budd and Sarah Sewap (Ballantyne); their great-grandfathers Simon Linklater, Wilfred Swan, Eli Highway, Robert Sewap.  Interment took place in Moise Bear Memorial Gardens, Pelican Narrows.  Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care of RIVER PARK MEMORIAL CHAPEL, Prince Albert, 306 764-2727, Paula Hanson, Funeral Director.
