Henri Voisin
It is with deep sorrow the family of Henri Voisin announce his passing at Joseph Creek Care Village in Cranbrook, BC, on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 2:05 pm, with family by his side at 91 years of age. Henri was born in Shell River, Saskatchewan on November 2, 1920 to Joseph and Anna Voisin.
He is survived by his sons: Gerald, Prince Albert, SK; Marcel (Fran), Cranbrook, BC; Maurice (Jennifer), Victoria, BC; Grandchildren: Tammie (Chris); Paul (Jacqueline); Carlie (Emrey); and Chantelle; and Great-grandchildren: Ashley, Lauren and Vienna; his sister Gabrielle Parent, Edmonton, AB and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Corrine of 61 years in 2003; parents, brothers and sisters.
In November 2005 Henri moved to Joseph Creek Village in Cranbrook, BC, where he remained until his passing.
Henri was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He will be sadly missed by everyone.
A funeral mass will be held for Henri on June 1, 2012 at 1:30 pm at The Sacred Heart Cathedral in Prince Albert, SK, with Father Matthew Nguyen officiating. Interment to follow at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
