1963-2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Glen Whitefish passed away at the Parkland Integrated Health Center on November 21, 2020.   Glen will be lovingly remembered by his children:Cynthia Sanderson (Gerald Moosomin) of Mosquito FN; Terrance Starblanket of Big River FN; Clarence Starblanket of Calgary, AB
Krista Daniels of Mistawasis FN; Trenity Bird of Montreal Lake FN. His sisters: Sandra Whitefish of Big River FN Marion Rose Smallboy of Big River FN; Mary Jane Lavallee of Saskatoon, SK
19 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren
His uncles and aunt: William (Veronica) Duquette of Mistawasis FN; Roland (Sherry) Duquette of Saskatoon, SK; Rose (Mike) Daniels of Sturgeon Lake FN
Numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and countless friends.

His parents, Joseph and Harriet Whitefish; His paternal grandparents, Thomas and Lucy Whitefish; His maternal grandparents, Susan Daniels and Solomon Turner ;
His brothers, Wilfred, Edward, and Henry; His sisters, Celina, Yvonne, Ann Flora, and Leona; His son, Brandon Daniels; His daughter, Trina Bird.
His nephews and niece, Harold Rabbitskin, Charles Whitefish, Warren Smallboy, and Elaine Rabbitskin . The pallbearers were: Willard Morin, Wilfred Dreaver, Robert Smallboy, Gerald Morin, Troy Whitefish, Clayton Rabbitskin .

Wake and funeral took place on Big River  Firat Nation and Glen was laid to rest at the Whitefish Catholic Cemetery.
