With deepest sorrows we announce the passing of George Martin Thomas on May 18, 2013 at the age of 32 years.

Wake for George will commence Saturday, May 18th at 8:00 pm from the Kisikohk School, Witchekan Lake First Nation.

Funeral will be held Monday, May 20, 2013 at 12:00noon from the Kisikohk School, Witchekan First Nation.

Burial will take place at the South Cemetery following the Funeral Service.

George leaves to mourn; his partner Joanne Sakebow and their son Akito Thomas; his mom, Sharon Thomas; his siblings – Selena(Mervin), Cecilia(Gregory), Agnes(Donny), Almira, Allan, Herman(Tanya) and Sammie(Chasity). He also leaves his Grandmother Lucy Whitefish and numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

George was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Agnes and Joseph Thomas; his great grandparents, George & Christina Thomas; his favorite Aunt Laura Tipewan and his paternal grandfather George Whitefish.
