Geneva Mary Cloarec, late of Prince Albert, SK, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the age of 99 at the Herb Bassett Care Home in Prince Albert, SK.

Gene is survived by her four boys, Ted (Holly), Tom (Patty), Rick (Karen), and Colin (Denise); her nine grandchildren, Scott (Cassy), Marlene (Shane Vandegraaf), Rachelle (Darcy Moncrieff), Quinton, Christy (Gavin Jutras), Mandy, Cole, Ben, and Lyndsay (Bryn Walker); and her thirteen great-grandchildren, Celina, Daniel, Benjamin, Lucas, Miles, Odin, Declan, Kruz, Everly, Emerson, Brayden, Blake, and Lincoln.

Mom was born April 16, 1926, in Prince Albert, SK. She married Jerome Cloarec in 1950 and resided in Spruce Home until she was 96. She enjoyed her garden and her flowers; she and dad could always be found working together in the garden.

She was one of the founders of the Trail Riders Arena and of the Spruce Home Seniors Club. She was on the School Board, Farmers Market, and a member of the Paddockwood Senior Club. When her children were young, she and dad spent many hours hauling horses and cattle to 4H events. She also curled with her family in the Rural Curling league. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and friends.

A private family service and interment will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff of the Herb Bassett Care Home for the support, care, and compassion they showed to Geneva and her family.
