Geena Eleanor Sukut, age 22 years, passed away suddenly on August 30, 2016.  Geena was born to Floyd and Pamela Sukut on December 30, 1993.  She was loved by her parents and younger brother, Rudie.  Geena attended Arthur Pechey Elementary School and graduated with Honors from Carlton Comprehensive High School in 2012.  Following graduation, she completed her Office Education Certificate in 2014 and moved to Lloydminster, working in the hotel industry until relocating back to Prince Albert this year.   Geena has always loved the outdoors and the arts.  She was often at the lake with family and friends, enjoying watersports, fishing, swimming and out on the trails during all seasons.  She was happiest outside on the water and in the sunshine.  Geena’s memory and smile will be remembered and cherished in our hearts.  She will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Floyd and Pam Sukut; brother Rudie Sukut; her grandfather, Walter Helbig (Lorraine); her grandmother, Vilma Sukut; her many aunties, uncles and cousins; as well as her many friends.  Geena was predeceased by her grandmother, Eleanor Helbig and grandfather, Arthur Sukut.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28^th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Reverend Nora Vedress officiating.  Private Family Interment will be held.  In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations in Geena’s memory can be made to the SPCA, PO Box 1832, Prince Albert, SK S6V 6J9.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray’s Funeral Chapel, (306-922-4729).
