Gary is survived by his loving family, his wife, Laura Natewayes; his children, Troy, Gabe, Cassandra (Travis), Megan, Tiffany, Garritt (Joella), Erma (Brent), Ciara, Owen; his grandchildren, Louie, Natalia, Lois, Crystal, Bradley, David, Malayah, Eve; his brothers, Dean (Lisa), Mike, Harvey (Marilyn), Dennis, Sheldon (Hillary); his sisters, Henrietta, Gloria (Tim), Kathy (Burt), Bonnie (Ryan), Flora (Paul), Ramona; his in-laws, Cyrille & Claire Corrigal; his godchildren, Cyril, Wynonna, Bradley, Noami, Tyrone; numerous nieces and nephews; his uncles, Eli, Micheal, Soloman, Issac, Albert, Derek, Alphonse; his aunts, Flora, Frances, Nancy Custer.

He was predeceased by his parents, Norman and Marie Natewayes; his siblings, Roland Natewayes, Marilyn; his sisters-in-law, Lois, Crystal; his aunts, Flora Spence, Marylou, Maryann Merasty, Cecilia Natewayes; his uncles, Horace, Joe McKay, David Laponseé, Horace Laponseé, Paul Spence, Melvin Natewayes. Custer, Robert Custer; his grandparents, Matthew & Harriet Natewayes, Rosalie and Renee Laponseé; his nieces, Cailin, Dena; his cousins, Rose Natewayes, Kelvin Natewayes, Myrna Natewayes, Mervin Dumas.

The Prayer Service for Gary will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at River Park Funeral Home, in Prince Albert, SK, with Rev. Fr. DJ Vu officiating. The Wake Services will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, Thursday, September 24, 2026, and Friday, September 25, 2026, at Jans Bay Hall, in Jans Bay, SK. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at St. Margaret Mary Parish, in Canoe Narrows, SK. Interment to follow at Canoe Lake Cemetery, in Canoe Narrows, SK, with Fr. Francis Reddy Mondeddu officiating. .
